So I only gave this app five ⭐️ because I wanted it to be seen. At first this app was great but for the past year I haven’t been able to cash out because I can’t get any badges because I’ve had the same offers for over a year now. I have well over enough points but no badges because they haven’t updated the offers they just leave the same offers on there so how can the ones of us that’s already done those offers able to cash out again? I’m starting to think this app is a scam it draws you in let’s u cash out ur first $10 and then that’s it. I’ve even tried surveys to get badges cause it says we can get badges that way but NOPE you can’t I’ve tried for months and not once did I get a badge not even a piece of a badge. I am so close to closing my account and deleting the app the only reason I haven’t so far is because of the money I have made on this app. SO RECOUP WHEN ARE YALL GUNA UPDATE OFFERS AND ADD MORE OFFERS SO THE ONES OF US WHOS DONE THE ONES THATS BEEN ON THERE FOR A YEAR NOW CAN GET BADGES? OR IS THIS APP JUST A BIG SCAM? Y’all need to add/update offers so people that’s been on this app since day one can have access to there money they have made on here

Wow. Love how Recoup lets me rate and review my transactions all in one place. Beyond that, I was super skeptical that their bank fee refund feature even worked. However…..it’s already turned out to be a really valuable service as I’ve had over $200 refunded. It’s too bad banks need to take advantage of people during difficult times, but pretty cool that Recoup helps to right that wrong. Even better, it only cost me $1.54 to file a claim unlike other apps out there that want $40++++ out of pocket and don’t even guarantee results.

I used this app until I hit 5,000 points and realized there is no way to redeem them. The way they have the badge system setup is scammy because it doesn't allow you to simply cash out reward dollars when tiers are reached. You have to complete tasks that are usually account signups of various apps that require a subscription. The only other way to get a badge is to have a live video review that gets 25 or more reviews. My cash out should not be dependent on app reviews or ridiculous tasks to earn badges. I submitted enough receipts to earn 5,000 points or 5$ worth and should be able to cash them out. So I quit the app and customer service said "We will take your comments into consideration." Don't give them your information for free. Use other apps that do not restrict cash out like Ibotta, Fetch, Checkout 51, and Tada. If they made cash outs fair, then this would be an amazing app.

Had high hopes for this but I’m now in the process of trying to delete my account. Not sure how long it will take. You have to submit a request to delete your account and it has been days now and no word. I linked my bank account and spent all this time clicking on all my purchases. Said I was up to $180. Was like wow cool let me cash out. I then had to submit my social, drivers license and selfies to become verified to be able to cash out. After I did this which took a day I then see it says I need 5,000 points and 1 badge to claim every $5. The badges are ridiculous to try and get. The surveys don’t work. It also now says that your points expire after 6 months. I would literally take me that entire time maybe more to do enough tasks to be able to cash out the $180 it said I could get. There’s better apps out there. Don’t waste your time
