The breakfast in the lounge was exceptional, with a delicious variety of fresh, high-quality options that truly exceeded my expectations.When boarding, I noticed the train’s immaculate cleanliness, which gave me great peace of mind. The seats were incredibly comfortable, making the nearly three-hour journey fly by. I was impressed by how quickly we arrived in Miami, all without sacrificing any comfort.The onboard staff's service was outstanding; always attentive and willing to help with a genuine smile. The combination of efficiency, comfort, and top-notch customer service made my trip a memorable experience. I have been doing business in downtown Miami for over 18 years, the day the Brightline opened, was the beginning, of me, never driving back to Miami again. No traffic, jams, no scary, crazy drivers, no question as to whether or not the express lane will be open or closed randomly, the Brightline has changed all of that. Clean,modern,fast,effective great comfort and 35 minutes pretty much on the dot. FromFTL to Mia This train has revolutionized tourism in America. Tourists from all around the globe, can now fly to Orlando….See all the sights there, most hotels have shuttles to and from the parks. Then get on the clean, fast, effective, Brightline train and ride stress free. No driving with a language they might not speak or read,No driving on “The wrong side of the road” asCompared to their country, no rental car, no insurance, no foreign signs, just an easy fast direct route to get to their cruise ship, to go discover more the World. No police speeding tickets, no difficulty finding less andless parking spaces,That have gotten more and more expensive. No parking tickets, noFender benders, no traffic jams, nope, none of that.Just a clean, fast,modern, effective way toTravel, like a civilized human being.I suggest you consider booking a ticket yourself, and find out what you might be missing.

I have encountered seemingly nonsense situation of rudeness when I was seated in a four seating area inside your coach. I was seated backward facing and sometimes I got dizzy but I need to hold on just to arrive at the destination.So the remaining seat were 3 seats and when we arrived at some point before Miami, those 3 seats were occupied but what happened was one of the people who seated doesn't want me to be seated beside her. She rudely offered me to seat beside my wife although that was not my assigned seat. My wife was seated opposite from my place since we both sits in the aisle.I was with my wife, but the problem was we were seated on a different 4 seating arrangement. Can you guys make it possible that next time, partners or two people booked to your service will be seated next to each other so that I will never "again" experience that kind of sit?It's not that I have demanded, but I just don't to experience that kind of rudeness again and this feedback if it reaches to you will prevent situations like this to occur in the long run.I will then give 5 rating because it has nothing to do with your service but if you guys can make way about this not to happen again to anyone. Brightline proves that mass transportation can be efficient, convenient, comfortable, and clean. The experience is seamless from the stations to the lounges and trains. The service onboard is friendly and professional. Details matter: the seats are spotless and comfortable and the bathrooms are too. Above all the trains are on time. Highly recommend to anyone contemplating ways to get between Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm and Orlando. The Miami and West Palm stations are in the heart of bustling urban centers. Aventura, Fort Lauderdale and Boca are not as connected for walking so plan a ride share service to get anywhere from these stations.
