The Sheridan store is very understaffed. Many times there is only one cashier. On Wednesday, there “Senior Discount Day” I have seen 6-8 + people in line waiting to check out. They have one cashier and closed all self checkouts because no one is able to staff those. Early evenings, they have one cashier with people lined up to check out. I personally have left without purchasing anything and have seen numerous others do the same. I use Ridleys pharmacy and have always had the Very Best Service. It would make sense to get my groceries when I pick up a prescription, however, most times I don’t.

This app is awful. It won't accept stored password credentials from my phone, so you have to stop & enter them manually, which wouldn't be that big of a deal if it didn't routinely kick you off the app & make you login every time you walk into the store (this might relate to leaving home Wi-Fi and going to LTE or something). I don't know what the problem is, but I do know my other apps are written to interface with my iPhone stored passwords so I never have to type in my 20 digit email address & use super short insecure passwords on purpose because the app is a pain in the behind. This app has made me frown on Ridley's a lot because the only way to get their clip coupons and use their app. If you're going to force people to use your app, at least support it and make it work right. Also, as other people have mentioned it's pretty clunky to actually use Relative to other apps I've used (it makes a Walmart app look like a Ferrari ha ha).

Horrible app. I have tried several times to get the app to log in. It will not. I enter the same email and password I log into my web account and it says “email and password do not match” I enter advantage number and it try’s to verify to an email I do not, nor have I ever had. I’m can enter ALL my data including advantage card and it can’t find me. Everything is correct in my online account- but the app cannot get pasted the wrong email address I’ve never had. Try to log in with my correct email to say no account exsists (I can log into the web with it). I’ve tried several times over several months to contact customer support about it and have gotten ZERO response. I give up and am deleting this ap. It’s garbage. Don’t waist your time supporting a store with no customer service.

I’d never heard of this but saw a price at the store that looked good. I saw that it said “digital coupon” on the sign. So I downloaded the app while I shopped. I put in my phone number and my advantage number but it just kept asking for more information. Information that Ridley’s already has with my Advantage Card. I’m in line trying to get it to work. The cashier can’t help and starts letting people go ahead of me. I’m not an idiot, I’ve shopped with Ridley’s for 30 years but now I’m embarrassed. I walked away. Other stores are cheaper but I shop at Ridley’s to support the “hometown”. I live in Jerome where their headquarters is. But I won’t be back. The “20 minutes” it would take to mess with the app will get me to Winco where there is no added hassle.
