I am a new customer and was extremely disappointed in it’s customer service and its platform. As I was reviewing how to add funds into this platform. I noted its different approach versus other platforms in that you needed to wire your funds to their bankBut it didn’t provide my account information As I was reviewing I thought I accidentally wired a transfer without my knowledge. I noticed that they didn’t provide full details other than theirs for the deposit of my money into their account. I decided to give a test wire with my bank and I had my banker handle the the process. I handed my banker the complete information supplied by Swan to complete the wire transfer He tripled check the information and had me sign to go through with the transfer. After an hour I received a call from my bank and the wire was rejected due to the account number provided by Swan. We reconfirmed the account number was correct as it was listed on their appMy wire was returned and I incurred an extra wire fee for the return and fortunately only lost $25. Shortly after that I started having difficulties with the account and it was closed I’m not sure of Swan’s intentions to help new customers but based on what I experienced the wire deposit may be fraudulent in nature. I’m glad the wire service felt their account was not valid and that I didn’t lose any more money I would suggest staying away from this site and move onto a more reputable company and a better platform. No way to exchange bitcoin for cash. Once your money is in Swan's hands, they make it insanely difficult to withdraw it. In order to withdraw money, you must set up 2-factor authenticaiton. I did this twice, but Swan disabled it both times. On the third attempt, Swan required me to verify with an old number which they had disabled years before, and the only way to change my number was to set up a Zoom call with them, for which they have virtually no avialablillty. When I attended the Zoom meeting, no one was there. There is no number to call anyone on, and the customer service representives ignore your questions and send form responses that don't address your issues. Don't get yourself involved with these crooks! Huge mistake!

I’ve been using them for awhile and have had an overall straightforward experience! The customer service is very responsive, the withdrawals are always timely. I just want to make sure this app is amplified for those seeking to enter into the bitcoin ecosystem for the first time, it was my first experience and it has been so amazing I havent needed to go anywhere else!
