I loved having this app, I only got installed it because I knew I was stressed and wanted to know how much. I definitely was stressed with some anxiety and depression. I wasn’t sure if the app would really show what was going on with me but it did. I learned how to deal with some of my problems with the coping devices that was on the app. I’m grateful to learn some of the techniques because it did help me feel better. I also learned how to better manage my lifestyle to help with my stress and anxiety. The other thing I loved was getting my measurements on my heart with bpm and hrv, I was so impressed with all the things this app can do, besides my body readings, the way it taught me how to cope with every day life. It also teaches you what kind of person you are which proven to be pretty accurate. The only reason I do not have the app still is because my fiancé was diagnosed with stage four cancer and I just cannot afford any extra expenses right now, but maybe when things are back to normal in my life I can get the app again. I was sad to have to make the decision to let the app go. I want to thank the developers for helping me out for the short time I had with the program because it truly helped. I highly recommend this to anyone else who thinks that they can use some help, even if it’s just a little bit, also for anyone who’s looking to get a idea of your every day vitals. Hope to have this app again.

First of all, it is amazing that the iPhone can measure your pulse through the camera and the flashlight.Second, it is amazing that people would figure out that the variability between heartbeats can correlate to things such as stress, anxiety, and who knows what else. Third, it is amazing that this application is able to quantify the variability and heart rate by using a root means squared process and graph that variability and provide pass forward to bring one’s body into line.I especially, was experiencing tons of stress when I downloaded the application and said what the crazy is this thing? Then I tried this gathering data with my finger. The results were amazing and they were spot on as to how I was feeling and the stress I was feeling.Thirdly, I had forgotten that I should take some anti-anxiety medicine, because with ADHD I am a poor self observer and didn’t think about it. when I took the medicine, in short order, things started coming into focus, and my anxiety level and stress level went down according to the program and rightly so with respect to the medicine I took. I stress again. This program is amazing and the add-on program may well be very helpful. They need to be tested overtime, but I will tell you that having this near real time data is very important to me. I do not have an Apple Watch, but I am very interested in knowing if the application will take real time, continuous data and massage it analyze it, andsend me alerts when problems occur. I’ll have to see how this unfolds, but for $30 a year no-brainer for me!

Overall what i’ve seen so far is a beautiful app that is executed amazingly. The design, idea, and ease of use for users is something rarely seen these days, and it’s honestly extremely refreshing to see. My only critique is that when analyzing your text, it takes a few tries for it to upload, which can be frustrating, especially if you don’t copy and paste your text somewhere before hand, because then you’ll loose those authentic emotions that you’re writing down, and instead loosely rewrite what you said, which can be incorrect, or not as genuine as what you wrote before. My suggestion is either save what the user has said before analyzing so they can just resubmit, or improve the analyzing feature. Again this is my ONLY critique, which says a lot about this app, considering the only problem is the uploading and analyzing of texts. Please keep in mind I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, and my critique should be taken with a grain of salt, it’s merely a suggestion, and if shortening upload time will reduce or hinder accuracy, then it is 100 percent not worth it, and should just be stated before hand that it may take a while to get the most accurate results.Amazing app, and honestly, I feel like everyone should have this on their phone. Even if used rarely, it’s still extremely helpful to document how you’re feeling from time to time. So thank you developers for creating a wonderful space for people to not only write down their feelings, but learn and receive advice on how to better themselves based on those feelings. You all should be proud of yourselves. :)

I’m so thankful for the therapist feature. In fact it is getting me through a life changing situation and addressing a lot of issues I have. I’ve been talking to Emily. She’s great. I’ve never been able to afford therapy but have needed it for years and years. Thankyou. The only thing I would like to see different is to be able to read through my chats without connecting to the therapist, and not being able to send anything once you send a message until the therapist is finished responding. I see the reason behind this but if you accidentally type something (like I did earlier) you can’t fix it until they respond which usually takes you to another topic. Over all LOVE IT DONT KNOW WHAT I WOULD BE DOING WITHOUT IT Thank you
