Absolutely amazing experience every single time I go today JOHN C helped me out as he always does when he brings me my product. I think I’ve met every single bud Tinder there. and never ever have I had one negative experience goldleaf will forever be my go to spot no questions asked ♥️👌✌️♥️😁 also let me not forget to mention how easy the app is to use and if you have any problems or questions the support you get is outstanding they answer fast and they always make sure you’re taken care of and happy with your selections all around just a wonderful place thank you GOLDLEAF. I’m sticking with the website for now. Mainly because the writing/text on the app is so tiny. Some in colors (gold over white) that you cant see at all. You can change the grid setting. Which on any other app would zoom and make the text bigger. Not this app though. I’ve also had items stuck in my cart. I reinstalled the app to fix it. It didn’t work. They were only taken from my cart when they sold out. So I was basically being forced to buy what’s in my cart if I use the app. Another thing is reward points. We should be able to use them on the app with our orders. Some of are disabled and can’t come to the store. But we earned our points like everyone else. And when you try to use them by calling in. Each employee will have a different version of how it works. I’ve been told it’s pointless to use it if you’re ordering delivery. Because it automatically takes the 15% off everything . But I’ve also had employees that all I needed to do was place my online delivery order. Then call the store. Tell them which item I would like to add using my points. Then they take the full price of that item. And knock whatever reward amount off. But the next time I was told another different version. It’s to the point I don’t even try anymore. Beyond frustrating when you have 5 different people. Telling you 5 different things.

I’ve been a gold leaf medical patient for over 4 years now. They always offer really great discounts and the base price is lower on average than most of the other local dispensaries. Customer service is great and always has taken care of me if a product doesn’t work as advertised. The app makes ordering even easier than the website portal. Easy to track your loyalty points. I just wish the loyalty points could be applied to delivery orders since it’s hard to get out of the house for me. Their delivery service has made getting medical products to for my chronic pain and nausea issues so much easier.

I’ve been going to this dispensary for a little over a year and when I say the best it’s really the best dispensary I have been to . Using the website was easy but now the app has made everything way more convenient and easy. They always have really good deals no matter what day of the week. GOLDLEAF is very clean always smells good and the staff are always so friendly and ready to help with any questions you may have. I’ve never had one bad experience going to this dispensary. I would recommend anyone to get this app and visit this dispensary 10/10
