I’ve always been a skeptic at using an app for any kind of physical training, until now. I’m training for the London marathon and I came across the app. I was skeptic about the app but decided to give it a chance mainly with the offer to try it for 2 weeks at no cost. I completely fell in love with the App. It syncs so smoothly to my garmin. However, just to be transparent, initially I struggled linking the Coopah training to my garmin but once I became familiarized it was a breeze and I love it. I don’t need to set up my training, it automatically transfers and sets up the training into my garmin. All I do is tie my running shoe and I go. 1000% recommend it.

I have been a listener to the Women's Running Podcast for about a year. This January they introduced the Coopah Running Coaching app. I decided to try it. The price was right with my budget and I had a Half Marathon run planned. The training plan has been spot on for me. I get plenty of rest peppered with speed, tempo and easy runs. The app itself is very easy to use and the coaching staff and support are always there for me and my questions within hours. I love this app and I would recommended to anyone looking to train without having "impossible workout series". Give it a try and you will not be disappointed

I have always written my own training plans over my 10+ years as a marathoner. However, this year I wanted to focus on a specific time goal and structure more specific speed training into my plan. Coopah made it so easy and fun! The workouts are never the exact same, it pairs with Garmin, so I don’t have to put in manual workouts, it allows me to be flexible in my week and move runs around. I am a BIG fan of this app. Another huge advantage is that it’s cheaper than the other apps out there!! Even as a 3x Boston Qualifier, 2x ultra finisher, and 15x marathon finisher I have seen so many benefits to using this app.

I’m running the London Marathon this year (my third marathon), but recently moved away from my running clubs, teammates and in person coach. I was worried about “training myself,” staying motivated, and having someone to ask questions to. Coopah is awesome, it’s motivating to check off each workout, and the chat with a coach feature proved to be super helpful. I also struggled to do interval and speed training before this because I was carrying a stop watch and have by to look down. Easy integration with my Apple Watch and headphones made this a breeze! Don’t hesitate to use this app!
