The app was just redesigned and it is worse than before :/ everything is a day off, my birthday is 6/8 it shows 6/7, scan from tonight (Tuesday) counted for Monday, wont let me change my aligner count… so disappointed as I was really excited to get to use this new app.

Needed to get replacement device due to the first one malfunctioning. I cannot use the new device because you can only have 1 device linked per account and there is no way to remove the old device from my account. I cannot link the new device to a different account under a different email address because the device is permanently linked to my old email address. How can this be overlooked? I cannot use the device I paid for and customer service has not offered a solution after dozens of emails asking for assistance.

Not only do they "require" personal identifying information (ie your birth date and personal phone number) and make it impossible to opt out without contacting customer service and receiving considerable pushback, but then after all of that the app is obsolete. Can't even serve it's one purpose. The reality: how does one trust a medically-natured device for safety and health purposes when the company can't even run an app? They'd save more face if they didn't have an app at all.

This may be the worst app I’ve ever used. It’ll ask if I changed my aligners and I’ll say yes and then it won’t let me select today’s date. Like the app is permanently a day behind?? And my device will be in syncing mode but it won’t properly sync the data and shows that I’m “out of compliance”. I’m not sure I’ve ever used an app as bad as this…
