Shipping is quick, and the shoes seems to be authentic (you can send them back you if you don’t think so). But beware of their “Quality Guidelines” and read it BEFORE you purchase anything from them as many defects and flaws (scratches, stains, excess glue, tags can be detached, box can be damaged to a certain extent) actually pass their authentication process. Be sure you are comfortable with this before buying from them. Was hoping to purchase many pairs but the first one has a bunch of flaws. Hope they’ll make their guidelines stricter some day…

For card collectors, and even sneaker collectors, unless you are rich or are not trying to get the best deals, do not use this app. Most sellers are scalpers and it is crazy how highly priced items are compared to eBay. Not only that but for sales like Black Friday, it is horribly organized. When you submit your entry and receive the coupon, which is not even on time, the guidelines say that it is first come first serve. However, they are lying as it is FIRST BUY first serve. Though you may have entered for the coupon before others, if they checkout using the coupon first, they get it and you don’t. This means your coupon and entry place is useless and yet they still keep it on your account to taunt you until the next day. At this point, might as well not make people enter the preregistration for the coupon or have a entry limit so as not to waste people’s time. Honestly, the people organizing this sale need to go back to school and rethink their decision or be fired.

Fantastic experience! Shipping from Japanwas literally SO QUICK (less than 3 days) once the items were authenticated and shipped. Sometimes you may buy something, but the seller never ships the item to SNKRDUNK, that’s not really an app issue, however snkrdunk may want to consider not doing business with sellers who dont honor the purchase price that we bought something for. I had 2 separate orders from 2 separate sellers, for pokemon boxes, 1 seller sent their items to SNKRDUNK to authenticate and it shipped super fast to me. The other seller has yet to send the pokemon boxes to SNKRDUNK, likely because the prices have went up. In that case snkrdunk should penalize these sellers, as it will ultimately reflect bad on the app. But again, that has nothing to do with the app. I had a great experience with this service and am grateful that it exists! Appreciated

While they have cool looking physical stores where you can buy product immediately, the app functions more like GOAT or StockX where individual sellers use the app to sell their shoes. I attempted to purchase a pair during SNKRDUNK’s recent shipping promo, and after weeks of not getting a shipping notification, turns out the seller would not ship the shoes. I looked to purchase the shoes again and the price had risen by nearly 40%. The only option I had was to cancel and repurchase at the higher price, which I did not do (given the historical sales figures of that shoe according to SNKRDUNK’s app were no where near 40% higher so really unjustified). Very unfortunate first experience with no financial consolation or incentive to try another purchase.
