Fixed issue whereby when sending a mass notification, groups which the sender does not have permission on were sometimes available. Fixed issue whereby under some circumstances only the first 10 seconds of alert audio would be played when viewing an alert.

Minor bug fixes

When tapping the alerting contact, an option is now presented for contacting via e-mail or phone call. App now responds to alert notifications and automatically updates screens. Total events over the last 30 days are now shown on the overview screen. Alert audio now plays even when ringer volume is muted.

Fixed an issue whereby the time zone of times displayed in the event details screen was always shown in UTC, regardless of the time zone settings of the device.
