App is terrible, walking pad is fine

The walking pad itself is fine and I use it in my cubicle at work no problem. The app itself is a complete nightmare, being bomdarded with spam advertisements time and time again for an app that you’ve purchased. The constant messages being received. The in app health connection to iPhone does not nearly count accurately the amount of steps and distance no matter how many time you sync it to your iPhone. The walking pad itself is decent enough and gets the job, but the app should be just that. A standalone app that helps me track my walks when I’m at work, not a consistent spam advertisement requiring me to close out of ad after ad to view a completed workout, and then have to manually update my health and fitness data for the day even though it’s supposed to sync. According to support there’s no way to turn off the spam advertisements, so what’s the point of purchasing a machine?

App Looses Connectivity Between My Treadmill, Sometimes While Entering the 3D Arena It Stays stuck on a Loading Loop And the Treadmill will Start Moving, Noticed a Lagging And Glitching Severely My Last Run Has Problems Synchronizing Between Fitness Watch and Treadmill, Been Recieving Notifications constantly for events already completed. App Needs Some Repair Was Really Good With the last Version But this update has caused some things to become unstable. Please Fix this. Love This App, Makes Working Out so Fun. Thanks for the reply But I don’t speak Spanish, If I Type in English then maybe you as the developer should reply in English.
