Nourish: Eating Well Made Easy 17+

I read a ton of reviews talking about this being a scam. I assure you it is not. Nourish charges nothing until after your insurance processes the claim completely. I'll admit I was little taken aback when I saw the charges, but they were before my insurance kicked in. I pay $10 per session. That's it and it's totally worth it. Nourish also sent me an email saying they would not charge me for anything should for some reason mybinsurnace rejected the claim.

With all that being said, Cindy is awesome. Like any intake, she wanted to get to know me and get a clear picture of my eating habits. Within three sessions, we were able to identify a HUGE trigger for my weight gain/inflammation. I'm down almost 17 pounds in one month, and my gut issues are starting to heal. I know my results are not typical, believe me, but having someone actually listen to me, and not try to pump me full of meds was a relief. I'm sad this wasn't available sooner. I would have never thought to speak to dietitian but it makes perfect sense.

I have always been a healthy person and a healthy eater, Joyce has been absolutely amazing helping me with my goals. There’s a lot you see online about what you should and shouldn’t be eating etc. but it’s always important to remember that not everything you see is true. There’s a lot I’ve taken in over the years and it’s been amazing talking to a health professional who I can trust about the actual truth. I had a huge breakthrough with Joyce today that will change my life in an amazing way! It’s also great that they support my insurance so it’s been zero cost for me! I could not recommend this app enough!!

I loved my dietician Cate. She is amazing and kind and thoughtful with her recommendations. She helped me with postpartum body positivity and helped me set realistic goals while I’m nursing my son. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

My two star rating is due to the insurance. I don’t think it’s a scam but at first I used their calculator and it said I owed $0. This is the exact message - “🎉Your insurance covers Nourish!🎉 We expect your sessions to cost $0 out-of-pocket — That means your insurance will cover 100% of the cost”. I booked weekly sessions for about 2 months with Cate then I get an invoice in my email for $45 and a message stating one of my sessions was coming back with a $45 copay. I checked my insurance EOBs and I owe $45 for every session which I’m just now receiving. I now owe close to $500 for all of my sessions. I wish I would have checked with my insurance instead of taking their word for it. I don’t know why they told me it’s covered when it’s not.
