Great payment app

I find this credit acceptance app for payments easy to use especially because I’m losing my eye site. As for the overall experience and credit help to rebuild credit they provide you with a option to opt in or out for your score to better it however someone else must of opt me out that my last six payment never counted and my score was changed and this company not showing on my statement to show I’m paying on time for a year now . However I’m sure if I call they can help me with this issues

I thought it would be simpler to download and use the app, and it would be…if I was ever able to use the app. It won’t let me get past the sign in screen and I know my login information is 100% correct, so that’s not the problem. I’ve never had any issues whatsoever while logging into my account online. I read all of the reviews before I downloaded the app and the majority of them were not so great, to say the least. I just figured that there are always a few people who give awful reviews because some people are just never satisfied no matter what kind of service they receive, but in this case, I should have listened to those reviews because they’re 100% spot on. Plus it wasn’t just a few people saying negative things. The majority of the reviews were the negative ones, instead of vice versa, like it usually goes with things like this. So hopefully, my review might save others from wasting their time with even trying to get this app to work. Seriously, I’m tired of fighting with it and trying to log in to my account when I know I’m putting in the right login info. Save yourself some time and trouble. Don’t even bother trying to make this app work….it won’t.

I purchased a vehicle through Credit Acceptance, and my husband and I fell on hard times, which unfortunately led to our vehicle being repossessed. I was expecting the process of getting it back to be stressful, but the representative I worked with was incredibly kind and patient. They helped us get our vehicle back and set up payment arrangements to take care of the outstanding balance. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and support and would definitely recommend them.

I absolutely love Credit Acceptance Mobile and the Financial institution itself with out these lenders taking a chance on me when no one would I would not have my dream car. This is my second car financed with CA. I have a low monthly note and have no issues with CA I would recommend them to anyone that qualifies for a loan

This is my second car financed with CA. I have a low monthly note and have no issues with CA I would recommend them to anyone that qualifies for a loan
