This app has been updated by Apple to prepare for watchOS 27 compatibility. No new features are included. It's been awhile, but we're still here! This update includes some changes to how y'all login. Hopefully it fixes some issues for ya!

Another exciting update is now available! We've made some changes to the auto-save capabilities within playlists. Now, updating a public playlist will be more obvious and explicit. The playlists' details screen now includes large playlist cover art. Tips are here! This is our first implementation of in-line tips. There are many more to come! As always, many performance updates and bug fixes have been included!

Welcome to another edition of Kaura updates! This update includes bug fixes, performance upgrades, and a few other niceties. Playlists now have AI-generated cover artwork. Covers are automatically applied to a playlist once it's saved. For now, you won't be able to change the Playlist covers, but we've got editable cover art on the roadmap! Longer format articles are now available with additional enhancements for text formatting. Explore the world of Kaura with tips and advice for improving your mindful practice.

We’ve got a big update for everyone. This is the next step in the evolution of Kaura as it becomes a social wellness platform. We’ve got much more in store, but we’re happy to give you a glimpse into where we’re headed! * This is a total re-design of the experience that puts emphasis on Playlists. * The Home tab is now Explore, allowing for fast access to everything in the Kaura library. * Articles have moved to an Articles tab, which will soon contain a lot more content. * If you’ve favorited Playlists, they will now be at the top of your Explore tab for easy access! Continue your daily mindful habit easier than ever. * We’re introducing a Playlist Bar for quick access to the new, full-screen Playlist experience. * The immersive, full-screen Playlist experience now includes a large view of album art for your timer soundscapes. * Artist and Album views now feature much larger photos and artwork! * You now have the option to not have a default playlist selected when starting the app. * Streaks have been completely re-written for more reliable habit tracking. * Playlists now autosave! Any changes you make to a playlist will persist. No need to manually save the changes. * New brand colors, logo, and app icon!

We've got another big one for you! We are introducing public profiles! Previously, we allowed the ability to share playlists with the Kaura community. Building on top of shared playlists, public profiles take us one step further to creating a connected, mindful ecosystem. Find a playlist you like? Tap on the author's username within the playlist, view their profile, and discover other playlists they've shared. Profiles will now include both Activity and Shared Playlists. See how others use Kaura! Need to keep your activity private? No problemo. Just disable Share Activity within Settings. The Library has gotten a slight makeover to include new releases! This should keep the Library looking fresh with our weekly album releases. Album artwork is also much bigger! We've added a "Downloaded" section to the Library so you can quickly see what albums are available offline. Also, within the Library, you can now sort albums by title or date released. A bug has been squashed that was preventing Mindful Minutes from being reported to the Apple Health app for some users. Playlist contextual menus now allow you to set the currently loaded playlist as your default. You don't have to go to Settings to choose your default playlist. It ALSO means you can set someone's shared playlist as your default. Woo! We fixed an issue that prevented the ability to have a playlist with only one infinite timer. Speaking of timers, they look much better now with new spacing and animations. A new privacy section has been added to Settings. This ever-growing section will allow you to fine-tune your privacy settings as more features get added. Viewing historical session summaries has improved a lot. The soundscape summaries should be more in line with how they are displayed within a playlist. Background downloads are HERE. Rest assured; a download will finish if you start it and send Kaura to the background. Phew! A contextual menu has been added to the timers in the playlist. This gives you the option to DUPLICATE a timer! Huzzah! You can also delete the timer and jump straight into adding bells. Yowza! That's a lot, but there are even more bug fixes and improvements—trust us. Congrats on making it this far, and see you in the community!

Usernames and profile bios have landed! Come on over and grab your preferred name while ya can! Introducing… INFINITE TIME! By popular demand, timers can now be set to Infinite Time. Let your sessions flow as long as you want. Soundscapes with Infinite Time must be manually skipped or ended.

Drumroll, please! Connecting with the Kaura community is now better than ever with the introduction of shareable playlists! Publish your playlists for others to enjoy and explore those curated by others. You can also favorite your most loved playlists for quick access to often-used soundscapes. Drag-and-drop is here! Easily rearrange your soundscapes within a playlist with added drag-and-drop functionality. Streaming has also received a lot of improvements. Soundscapes now loop much more seamlessly, and transitions between tracks are smooth as butter. How do you use Kaura? We'd love to see your playlists!

Have you been dreaming of streaming? Yeah, us, too. Streaming is here! All albums can now be streamed and no longer require downloading for use in a Playlist. Albums can still be downloaded for offline use. This should be a dramatic improvement for Watch users. Several new performance improvements have been added as well, and we fixed some bugs, including one that would play your last Kaura track when CarPlay is connected. Huzzah!

The tab bar has been redesigned for a cleaner, more spacious feel—so much room for activities. Profiles are here! We've introduced a profile tab that now stores your stats, settings, and activity. You can even upload a fancy photo of yourself. Watch users can now download individual tracks instead of having to download entire albums.

This is a maintenance update to fix a few bugs and add some performance improvements. You're gonna want this one!

This is a big one, folks! The Library has been added to the tab bar! Kaura has over 50 artists creating unique sounds just for you, and these tracks are now available to browse faster than ever. Quickly build your Playlist from the Library tab. Each time you add a track from the Library, a new time block will be created—defaulting to 5 minutes. Track list items have been completely rebuilt to offer more functionality and feedback. Members using the Apple Watch companion app will now get a fully revamped Library, allowing the ability to browse by artist, album, or track.

INTRODUCING PLAYLIST! Our most significant feature to date will transform how you use Kaura. Playlist allows a session to have as many configurable time blocks as you want! Need to focus for a couple hours? Create one time block with a focus-inducing soundscape. Looking for different soundscapes for each asana of your yoga session? We've got you! Mix and match time blocks with guided sessions, soothing soundscapes, and sleepy-time white noise to create the perfect Playlist. Templates are now called Playlists! Create different playlists for meditations, yoga sessions, focus, sleep, and more. We've introduced a tab bar to better support Playlist, and some exciting new features on the way.

This one's for the bugs. Squashing some issues with sessions showing the incorrect start times, which could affect streaks!

This one is for the nerds! We refactored the entire session timer, which eliminated some bugs and weird behavior that you may have experienced. This has also prepared us for some major new features coming in version 2 of Kaura! Navigation has also been refactored to utilize the latest iOS NavigationStack, which will allow for some fun new enhancements. Images and video loading should be much smoother now with the cached image loader. A bug was fixed that reset your default template when signing out. A bug was fixed that showed your current streak as multiple streaks. Now, your current streak should in fact look like one streak. Improvements have been made to push notifications, which will improve reliability and opens the door to new, configurable notification types (coming soon). Volume control has been fixed for Members that use the watchOS version of Kaura. You can now control volume using the Digital Crown.

Kaura Memberships are here! Unlock a growing library of albums, save unlimited templates, and get bell recommendations for the track you've selected in your soundscape. Kaura Memberships are available as a monthly subscription or save almost 25% with an annual membership. Stay tuned for more membership features in the coming months!

Sessions are now more appropriately grouped by date in the statistics screens. This more accurately represents streaks, which are defined by days in which a session was completed. The home screen now includes a new page for updates from the Kaura team! This will help keep fresh content in the app and act as a fun way for us to introduce new features, tips, albums, and more! We've significantly improved the performance surrounding album artwork and animations. You can no longer complete a session with a duration of 0 seconds.

Library update! The Kaura Library now offers the ability to browse by artists, albums, and tracks, you can also view the top tracks based on number of plays, and everyone should experience an improvement when scrolling within the Library. As always, we've improved the overall stability and performance with a few bug fixes.

While this version is mostly about building the foundation for upcoming features, there are a few bug fixes and performance improvements and some slight modifications to the experience: Selecting bells for your soundscape has been improved! The "shake to reset" feature has been updated. If you've selected a template and modified its settings, shaking your device will now reset the currently selected template to its originally saved settings. Previously, shaking the device would reset to your default template. We think this will be much nicer!

This is a maintenance update with lots of performance improvements and bug fixes in preparation for some major new features! ;) Practice on!

You can now select a template as your default session settings! If you have templates created, a default template will be chosen for you. You can change this default template in Kaura's Settings screen. If you don't have any templates, sessions will default to a 20 minute meditation segment with a 3 minute ascension segment. Introducing a new shake gesture to reset your session settings! Shake your device to reset timers and soundscapes to your default session settings. Updates have been made to the session action buttons to be a bit more clear and less confusing—especially for new users! Yay!

Reminders are here! You can now set a time of day to receive a notification reminding you to continue your practice. The reminder will only notify you if you haven't completed a session for the day by the time you've specified. The home screen's action buttons now persist on all pages, so you can start a session or access templates from any page of Kaura's home screen, including your stats view.
