This app is a good effort but needs more work to fully sync the many settings stored in in a customized massage programs called Favorites. Some settings are not stored in the favorite at all, heat for example. Other settings are inconsistently synced and recalled, the level of incline for example. I cannot get the heat function in the app to control the chair heat at all. And, when recalling a Favorite custom program it always defaults to turning on the heat, even if the heat on the chair was off prior to starting the Favorite program. I saved a manual massage program for a focused zone and only had some airbags active. But when recalling that saved program all of the airbags were activated. Hopefully the developers will continue to refine this app because it could offer a huge value to households with more than one person using the chair because it saves personal settings such as shoulder height. When using the remote to start a manual zone massage there are many settings in multiple menus to really tailor the massage for your needs. Being able to accurately save all of that customization and recall it at a later time by pressing one button in the app would be fantastic.

Come on Human Touch. Recently got your Super Novo X chair and what an amazing device. Best massage chair out there IMHO. But the app that you developed (at least for this top of the line chair model is sorely lacking). The voice control feature does not work, and if you try to save any of your personal settings to your favorites tab…anytime you activate that saved favorite tab, it basically just turns the chair off !! What the heck ?!I see it’s been over a year since you have updated your app. Please get your tech team to improve this app to help control and match the level of your chairs capabilities.

App crashes reliably every time I go into settings within my super novo x bluetooth remote. No virtual assistant for super novo x yet. If you are on remote in the app and press the home button to navigate around the app, your massage will be stopped short.Otherwise does everything the attached remote does I suppose.

Loving this new app for my Super Novo massage chair. I did have some trouble locating my confirmation email, but I figured out that it went to my spam folder, which actually seems to happen for a lot of “noreply@“ emails these days. But the layout is really clean and easy to navigate, and I’ve enjoyed being able to enjoy more features for my chair (memory settings, meditation soundtracks, etc). I didn’t think that I could love my Super Novo any more than I already do, but I thought wrong!!!
