Downloaded RatePunk from Apple App store. Clicked RatePunk app open and a 4" x4" blank window opened up and nothing else. The blank page, which opens EVERY TIME i click to open the app, reminded me that nothing can also be something at the same time! So I got my loupe out and checked to see if the window was truly blank, and it was not !! I saw LED lights that make up my display, working together to fool my eyes as I witnessed the illusion of nothingness come true !! 🤩

A painful education

This site is exceptionally difficult to navigate. I paid for a basic membership and discovered that it provided little benefit. I upgraded my membership and found it was still difficult to navigate. You cannot simply choose a departure and destination and get directed to a decision page to elect and or pay for a trip without being bombarded with pop ups to upgrade more! You’re never even able to get to a site page that gives you an opportunity to choose a trip!! I’ve contacted them several times and being nicely told to go to my dashboard (which I am unable to do) and make my choices. A rip off is my only conclusion. I’ll be deleting this app and calling it an education on scams.

This service is NOT worth paying for. Save your money and use Google Travel—it’s free, easier to use, and actually finds you better deals.I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this app and their customer service. I requested a refund after just a couple of days of trying to use it because it was completely useless for me. Every time I searched for flights to cities I regularly travel to, the app kept saying no flights could be found.When I contacted customer service for a refund, the experience only got worse. They claimed they couldn’t find my account and asked for the last 4 digits of my credit card. I even sent them a screenshot of the transaction, and still, they failed to locate my account or provide any real help. Instead of assisting me, they made the process unnecessarily frustrating.This has been nothing but a disappointing and stressful experience.

This means we must securely verify the account holder before processing refunds. If you contact us from the same email you used for purchase, you are automatically verified and no extra steps are needed.
