When I was in a time crunch to complete my international marketing homework I used the search by image tool for my multiple choice questions and it literally saved me!

As a full time worker and student, I thought this would be a great study app to keep me on track, so I decided to subscribe. Then the quizzes started asking the exact same question over and over. This was AFTER I paid, immediately after. So, I decided to ask for my money back and they’re ignoring me. I’ve reached out about 30-40 times just requesting a refund because the app hasn’t been successful for me - now there’s nobody there. DON’T USE THIS APP AND DON’T SUBSCRIBE. It’s SUPER glitchy, and they WON’T refund or respond. TERRIBLE APP and awful customer service. It’s been a month and no one will respond to a simple email. You’ve been warned!

Why so buggy?

I’ve been using the app for a week now, but my quizzes are not loading. Everything else works fine, including the flash cards, but my quizzes will never load. Quizzes are what I use best to study, so the fact it isn’t working is really frustrating. The desktop version i had more luck on, however, it gets buggy when I try to modify tests, such as change the type of questions. Very disappointed and I wish I can get my $25 back.

Website sections are easy to access, the colours are good for me since i spent alot of time studying. I like the flashcard thing!
