I don’t know where to begin but this app has changed my life in a matter of a week. These meditations have become my new addiction and have allowed me to feel into the highest version of myself in a whole new way. Thank you Erika for sharing your potent, powerful, and magical gift. I’ve been meditating for almost 3 years but have found that kundalini lights a fire in me like no other, and now I don’t have to search long and far for a teacher. Look no further than this app, you will find the peace, bliss, and euphoria we’re capable and worthy of experiencing. The meditations and breath work sequences help make that possible. Also, full honesty - I gave up alcohol two months ago and recently started smoking weed because I was stressed and wanted to numb. I also was using food to cope with my emotions despite doing other forms of meditation. I’ve been doing Erika’s meditations for a little less than a week now and I threw out all of my weed, have no urge to binge, and genuinely feel like I’m stepping into my highest, most vibrational self. Thank you, this app is saving my life.

I had learned about Evolve through the MWH platform and decided to give her meditation a try . I had been meditating for a few years and needed something different . My mind was BLOWN by the way I felt after just one of her meditations!! Learning about kundalini through Evolve made it so much more digestible and not intimidating at alllll. Erika puts you at ease immediately and is like your meditation cheerleader! I can’t say enough about her and her generous platform … I look forward every morning to doing her meditations and the results I have already felt and seen ( after only a couple months ) is a true miracle . I am so grateful for finding her and can’t recommend her enough !!!

I am new to meditation as of 2 months ago! I have gone through a major life transition of moving to a new city (across the country) to move in with a significant other. I didn’t know anyone but my boyfriend prior to moving and needless to say it’s been a lot of change and presented some challenges. Erika’s meditation practice and helped to keep me grounded, find calm and stillness when I’m feeling anxious, and is helping me to get more deeply connected with myself. Highly recommend to anyone who is starting on their meditation journey or for anyone who is experiencing anxiety, stress, etc.

Fort off, I do like all of the meditations. For me, I like my meditations to be a little more quiet though. I like to be guided, but not through the entire meditation. I find her speaking through an entire meditation to be a bit frustrating, and distracting. I wish there were more meditations with less talking. It’s hard to actually meditate when someone is talking through the whole thing. It feels like just as soon as I am about to actually get into a zone, her voice comes through, and I’m out of my zone. I understand that she’s trying to motivate you, but I find it to be the opposite unfortunately.
