I am highly disappointed in Grey. A transaction failed on my account and I was charged. I contacted the company that I tried making the payment to and they didn’t see any trace of the transaction. So I asked Grey to dispute the charge and refund the money back into my account. It’s been almost 4 months now and I have note received my money back since. I have contacted their support multiple times and they keep giving me the same textbook response (we are working on it). A dispute is a very simple thing. You are my bank for goodness sakes. The transaction is missing and I am asking you to dispute the ch argue so my money can be put back in my account and you guys don’t seem to even know what I am talking about. I am beyond frustrated. If you don’t know what to do, please connect me with Mastercard directly so they can get the job done. I am genuinely worried about your brand and its legitimacy and qualifications. and I will warn anyone else who is trusting your brand. I can say more but will leave it at that. Just get me back my money.

I've used this app for over a year now but how their service went from good to poor and even poorer service surprises me. My aunt recently. My aunt in the UK recently gifted me £250 to support household needs as well of that of her son whose on holiday from school at my place, just £250 only yet i was asked to submit documents as well as explain to them the purpose of the transfer which i did however, it's been over 48hrs yet the money has remained pending and I'm sure it will be returned after several days of waiting. Just £250, meaning if i was sent 5k or 10k via grey i would be asked to go bring the birth certificate of Prince Charles the first and maybe a lions teeth before i can get the money right? And the annoying part of it all is that this isn't the first time she's sent me money in the past meaning we had existing transaction history or track record on grey. But this new attitude of holding on to one's money for days then returning it back to sender is rather unbecoming because this has become the new trend and has happened to my other transactions as well as that of my other relatives who shared grey with me. In a nutshell, i wish i could rate their service below 1 star because they've completly gone bad and no longer deliver the seamless service as they initially did when they started. So if you don't want to end up waiting for days and having your incoming payments declined after much time wasting DO NOT USE THIS APP. They've completely becoming useless and time wasters.

I am writing this with utter bitterness from the deposit fee i that incurred from using your service to receive payment. I would like to state clearly that this new rates/charges is a method to steal from people who earn less and depends on the little from freelancing. This your new pricing is unreasonable and ridiculously expensive to charge minimum of £2 on deposit below £250. How does it sounds to you charging £2 for £5 deposit? Why not leave it at 1% flat rate. You guys don’t have your customers interest at heart that’s why you can bring the ridiculous pricing this new year. If you’re trying to use Grey pls look for other options first because they’re just after making money by any means which means they can swindle their customers.

I hate that man called lambert or whatever he is ,he’s too frustrating ,a very silly person indeed ,he doesn’t worth to be in customer support because your app will always fail because of him,No sign of sympathy or emotions for customers ,he talks like bullet …anyways Grey should provide more better ways to solve this their verification issue ,after submitting what’s requested for ,it’s later shows that the payment will be reversed,that’s totally unacceptable,sender information should be asked from banks not from us that’s bridge of privacy ,the same way banks can’t leave their customers information same way you people shouldn’t expect us to self all those vital information, we’re in advance world where people are so desperate to use peoples private information for bad purposes You should look into that and fix it,try as much as possible to reduce the kind of way your verification goes which you called security measures ,it’s far from security measures but close to means of getting peoples information for other purposes,try as much as possible to fix your verification System,when VERIFICATION DETAILS are provided ,the payment should be available not reversed.
