I reached out via email to “b4” and didn’t receive a reply on how to resolve my issues. It has been over a week now with no response. I contacted them through their support link on the app.

I have tried baseballs and softballs. I have tried lower pitching and higher pitching. I have switched batters. I have double and triple checked the setup and measurements. Nothing I have tried has lead to accurate Exit Velocity (EV). We’re hitting balls over 300’ fences and the highest EV reading we get is less than 65.

I canceled the premium plan today. I’m seeing better readings on the reels than we get and I feel like I’ve put more effort into figuring this out than most would.

The iPhone's placement is indeed critical for accurate readings. For the best results, please ensure the iPhone is positioned according to our recommendations outlined in the app (tap measures needed). When placed correctly, the app can achieve accuracy within 3 miles per hour compared to professional-grade equipment.
