The app crashes on startup 100% of the time on my brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max. It works on my old iPad Pro just fine, but I was expecting to be able to use it on either device when I bought the upgrade.Isn’t there anything the devs can do to fix this? If not, Apple should remove it from the App Store. No idea how it was approved if you can’t even open the app.With that said, the app works great on my iPad Pro, and it sounds amazing. I just really, really want it to work on my phone too.

-crashes at startup: maybe check your input device. On my IPad I have to unplug and replug so it sees my device. - the bitter world of logging in: really really try to see if you have a different name associated with your email, maybe something you set up previously, and use it when you’re trying to change the password you forgot. You can’t just plug in a new name. In my case, form kept autofilling the name I’d used before. But it was only 4 letters. I’m thinking that can’t be right, you’re supposed to have 6. Doesn’t matter. Just has to be what you had before! Once you register they’ll bug you for a 6 letter nickname, BUT USE YOUR PREVIOUS NAME ALWAYS TO LOG IN. I’m sure there can be other issues, but this one worked for me.-ALL THIS IS WORTH IT BECAUSE THIS SOFTWARE IS SO EXCRUCIATINGLY GREAT SOUNDING. On the heaviest gain amp models you can pick lightly and get a clean tone, then all the way up to edgy and on to roar. I’ve never experienced such responsiveness in modeling or using distortion pedals that aren’t overdriving a tube amp. Amazing!

This is extremely unstable! Take about 10 attempts to get it to open without crashing then has connection issues. When it does work it could use way more features. Wish it was more like the full OS version. Pretty disappointing app overall. Was really hoping to use my TONEX One pedal with this app but just doesn’t want to connect or open or just not crash. In need of some serious help! I like a lot of IK products and things are good as far as hardware and using my MacBook Pro. But for the iPhone it’s literally useless! IK could really have a top place among other companies but their lack of support and things like this app just turn so many people off. I just don’t get why they put so much effort into one thing then not following up on another. It’s like they have half of a company that knows what they are doing and the other have is just non existing. IK Do Better!

This app is amazing. It looks and feels just like the TONEX pc or Mac program. Easy to use with tons of tone models that sound like the real deal, especially if you pay a little more for upgrades. I almost knocked off one star because I paid for the max subscription but it did not unlock all built in models and could not get it to work with much effort and a support ticket. So I got a refund through Apple. I purchased the TONEX pedal which unlocks MAX on all devices (only the big pedal does) and everything now works perfectly and 100% unlocked. So I kept it at 5 stars because the good FAR outweighed the bad in this case. Keep it up IK, your making new fans everywhere.
