Durch diese App wird die Kommunikation zwischen Kunde und der Icoma ZGS GmbH vereinfacht. Es können direkt von der Anlage aus Anfragen und Probleme (inklusive Bild) an die Icoma ZGS GmbH gesendet werden.
Sobald eine Rückmeldung durch einen Bearbeiter erfolgt erhält der Kunde eine Benachrichtigung.
Das Anfordern von Angeboten für Ersatzteile einer Maschine kann über die Icoma Connect App mit nur zwei Klicks abgewickelt werden. Anschließend wird die Anfrage von der Icoma GmbH bearbeitet.
Zusätzlich bietet die App die Möglichkeit, Ansprechpartner der ICOMA ZGS GmbH direkt anzurufen oder per Email zu erreichen.
