I got this app because it showed the predicted ovulation date (unlike some apps) which was super helpful. However, the more I use it, the less thrilled I am. First, on the calendar view, the developers made a typo and I’m looking at something that says “pregnancy sings” instead of “signs” every day. That should’ve been the first red flag at their attention to detail. There are also multiple symptoms that I’m not allowed to select at certain times of the month even though I’m experiencing them. Just because their algorithm says I shouldn’t experience anything like that yet doesn’t mean I don’t. So this leads to inaccurate logging. Lastly, I recently got my period which clearly means I am not pregnant. I logged that I had my cycle every day for those normal 4 days. Within those 4 days and after, I got multiple notifications to take a pregnancy test to see if I’m pregnant even though I clearly told the app that I’m not. This is incredibly disheartening when trying to conceive. I never leave app reviews, but the clear lack of attention to detail is completely ridiculous here. The developers and strategists need to work a little harder.

I NEVER write reviews but as a girls girl… yall gotta be warned! I give this app two stars because I do find the information given very educational. i love the flow of the app and it could be very useful especially the AI chat. I paid $30+ a month for this app and it was not worth it! I used this app for two reasons, the first was to prevent pregnancy and the second was to try to conceive. If you are using this app to track your circle to prevent pregnancy, IT IS NOT ACCURATE!!! if you are trying to use this app to TTC, IT IS NOT ACCURATE!!!! While i did not get pregnant when i didn’t want to because of other precautions; I input over two years of data- periods, symptoms, ovulations, etc and it took my partner and i 10 months to conceive. i deleted the app and just went with the flow and used a free app to track ovulation and within in the FIRST MONTH I was pregnant. the information was completely wrong about my ovulation and other data by over a week! if you are using this app to try and prevent pregnancy by tracking your cycle, BE WEARY!! Now that i am pregnant i wanted to see how the apps pregnancy function was… i had to input my due date TWO WEEKS ahead of the clinical due date because the apps timeline did not line up. don’t pay for it, get the other free apps offered.

I have been trying to conceive for a year now and so anything like this catches my eye. Since it seemed like it was a little more in-depth than the other TTC apps I have (Flo and Premom) and they were advertising a free trial period, I downloaded and signed up. I was immediately charged 30 dollars once I set my account up, which I didn’t realize because they were advertising a free trial period, which was a surprise to me. Once I got in the app and looked around, it appeared to be just like Flo which I already had. Since Flo is significantly cheaper and I was charged for the 30 dollars even though I understood it to be free for a trial period, I decided to cancel my subscription all together within the same day as I downloaded it. I went through the instructions on their app to cancel my subscription which I did successfully. All of a sudden, 3 months later, I’m charged 67 dollars for a renewal fee. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation and requested a refund but they refused. Instead offering me a free year membership but how would that be free when I already paid 67 dollars for the annual renewal fee? Very frustrating and disappointing. I highly recommend using Flo instead. Much cheaper and the exact same thing. Be cautious of this company/app.

Terrible terrible service

The app makes it impossible to cancel the subscription. It tells you to go to website on your laptop but there is no way to log in on the web browser. Do not use and do not recommendUpdate: they have responded with instructions that are inaccurate. All the reviews talk about how difficult /impossible it is to cancel and they have yet to actually fix the issue.2nd update: their support team continues to be unhelpful and not address what i am actually saying in any of my issues with their company and they way it is set up. I mention i didn’t use the app so wanted to cancel it and its ridiculous the inability to cancel easily they respond not using or uninstalling the app will not cancel it. That is not what i said and also was not the point of my message. This company is terrible and needs to do better. Can’t wait for California to make it illegal to not be able to cancel subscriptions with a single click because this company is going to have a terrible time in court :).
