Minor updates due to changes in server API's

No functionality changes. -Changed the streaming provider of the onboarding introductory video. -Bugfixes.

In this version we updated the Stripe libraries. From a user perspective there are no visible changes in any mobile application screens.

It is exactly the same build as the previous one. We needed to edit the description of the app.

We had to release a new version of the app just to update the version number. This was forced by an API change on the server. Other than the version change, this version is exactly the same as the previous version.

There are two small changes. During the onboarding we added a welcome video, and also added an embedded how-to guide.

Addition of a extra paragraph of text, in the walkbook acknowledgement screen. No functionality changes.

Minor text update in one location in the app.

Added onboarding questions, and notification improvements for admin actions.

We have added the "Delete my account" functionality to allow a user to delete their account from within the app. In addition we have cleaned up the formatting of data in the app, and cleaned up the registration process.

Increased the capacity of the walkbooks from 20 houses/voters to 100 voters/houses.

Fixes onboarding process for contractors.

-Previously a contractor could only work on one walkbook. Now the app allows for multiple walkbooks to be assigned to themselves. -The app also allows a contractor to unassign a walkbook -Introduced welcome and how-to onboarding steps to provide information to new users.
