Stumbled across this app on TikTok and decided to give it a try. Tried it for a couple of days for free on a trial knowing that it would charge me if I didn’t cancel (ironic because I’m sure they make TONS of money off of people with ADHD because we’re forgetful). Reached out to customer service to see if I could be refunded on the first of the month when the charge went through because I haven’t been on the app for more than maybe 2 hours total with the trial period and I was simply told nope not happening. Pretty ironic that it’s an app that is supposed to be ADHD friendly yet charges you for a service you don’t use and won’t refund even partial when you forget to cancel. Yes it’s my fault for not canceling, and yes I’ll pay the month because that’s my consequence for signing up for something that I thought would be neat and help me with my ADHD. However, a partial refund would have been greatly appreciated. I would not recommend this app to any ADHD friends.

Much like the rest of these reviews — I was auto charged without proper notice. CA law states we should be notified in advance of auto-renewal and I will be disputing the charge after customer service failed to provide proof of renewal notice AND was kind of rude about it just linking their terms and conditions when that wasn’t the question I was posing to them. Considering the App TARGETS people with ADHD, not having a reminder for a charge is VERY deceptive. Additionally, it in itself as an app is not effective AT ALL. The UI is overwhelming and there are plenty of other apps (cheaper and better) that track habits and moods — this one just isn’t a good one. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before the trial period and subsequent annual subscription — this is also a fault of the ADHD impulse response to something I thought would HELP me. Customer services response and lack of accountability on their ineffective business practices regarding auto-charging is why I’m writing this review. IF THIS APP SHOWED UP IN ACTIVE APPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS I WOULDVE CANCELED LONG BEFORE IT AUTO CHARGED ME. I hope this business closes or changes their practices significantly because this is unacceptable that so many of us are being charged without ample notice. ITS LITERALLY THE LAW NOW HELLLOOOOOO.

Much like the rest of these reviews — I was auto charged without proper notice. I was drawn in by the advertising purporting to understand the complex nature of combined and inattentive ADHD. I thought I was getting some customized plan, but I’m sure everyone is looking at the same screens and options I’m looking at regardless of how they responded to their initial quizzes. I paid for three months up front, which was a mistake. All it would have taken was a free week trial for me to see that this wouldn’t be helpful. A “plan” for ADHD doesn’t look like “meditate every day this week”; you really have to break it down into smaller, actionable pieces. And it if I already have executive dysfunction I’m not going to be able to track and rate my daydreaming, procrastination, sleep, bowel movements, mood, screen time, etc manually, every day. Might just cancel now so I don’t forget when the three months is up. Don’t waste your money.
