I wanna say I was scrolling on social media and I saw your advertisement and I put a question mark up and I said you know I am low on some funds that I needed some assistance and it’s hard asking family if you can borrow some money to your next payday well I stepped out and I applied with your company Yendo and I follow the instructions. I got a preapproval and looked at all my documents that I sent over as far as pictures and all that and I got fully approved and so I want to say thank you for helping me in my time of need I really need this Boost in Credit you know everybody in America have gone through some financial challenges some are better than others and some are hitting a bump in the road so I’m grateful that I was able to reach out to you guys and help me out smooth the little bump in my road financially thanks Yendo !!.❤️

I have been waiting since April 18th to have access to my funds. It is now July 5th 2024. I cannot activate my physical card and the app is saying my account is blocked, and has said that since April 19th 2024, because they asked me to mail my title to them, and when I did, they blocked the account and said it would be unblocked when the title came in the mail. For a month and a half, from April 19th to May 24th, I called twice a week checking to see if they received the title. I was told no, and got frustrated. I decided I was going to pay what they had ALREADY ALLOWED ME TO USE before blocking the account, and cancel my account with them. Now, I receive a call this morning from Yendo after I had figured out they are listed as lien holders on my title, and submitted a claim with Yendo and sent supporting documents to prove they were on my title. The person on the phone stated my account has been unblocked and active since JUNE THIRD. TODAY IS JULY 5TH. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT THIS HAPPENING. I STILL CANNOT ACCESS THE FUNDS BECAUSE THEY HAVE IT SHOWING ON MY APP THAT IT IS BLOCKED. I chose to call again, and have been getting a run around on why i cannot activate my physical card on the phone through support, and that there is a ticket submitted to the engineers to fix the app. UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT OR I WILL GET A LAWYER AND I WILL SUE.

That is a great question, Jennifer. At Yendo, we require you to sign a Power of Attorney (POA) to ensure that we have the legal authority to act on your behalf in certain situations. This is done to protect both you and Yendo, and to comply with regulatory requirements. The POA allows us to handle specific tasks related to your credit card account, such as vehicle title transfers or lien filings. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. That say it all there . That is their response to me asking why do i have to sign poa . I told them that they can act on my behalf to take over my accounts (bank) or my house title or any thing i have paid off like my house . Poa is you giving up your rights to make choice in legal things . Like when a family member passes or is unable to say what they need done to them . There is no need to sign one when they can put a lien on the title by law this is normal. When you buy a car you dont sign poa when you get a loan . So why would you for this. People this is a scam to get you car . As far as they said at yendo we require you to sign a power of attorney poa to ensure that they have legal athority to act on our be half . Said it all to me i cant believe apple even has this app on the store . Read bbb before you sign or do anything with this company .

I had a little complicated start when issuing my information, pics, and documents. The team was able to provide excellent service and made the process a little easier. The Web engineer was able to resolve the bugs and errors from the app. The fact that I have horrible credit due to unexpected circumstances in life. Yendo was able to approve me for a loan with my title in a matter of 20mins. I just wish they have Apple Pay available while waiting for my physical card. At this moment, I’m not sure if they do have the service. Also, it would be nice if the physical card in the near future are expedited. Let the public receive the card in a matter of 3 days instead of weeks. 5 stars for approval and great service!!!
