Very frustrating app to use

App is very frustrating to use, can't get past registration, card optical verification is very finicky, and when it works I always fail at the take selfie part, no clear instructions are given, I do not know what to take a selfie of? Only my face? Holding my card? Why is there no alternative verification? Call center was not helpful as their only assistance waa: remove the app and install it again, with no option to process verification from the backend... Till now the app is useless to me in it's current registration state
