Never had success using the app

Why make a separate app when existing ones work. I wanted to know my bpi credit card rewards points since it is no longer reflected in my billing statement. I tried to login using my exisint bpi login and used thr pin sent to my registered phone. However, this vybe app showed an error messsage “Sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again.” Mind you i have this error message so many times. I have never been able to successfully login nor use the app. Also the “contact us” from the bpi or vybe app does not have any choice to select vybe related issue in the menu.

Forgot MPIN not working

Tried to login using the PIN but it’s states that my account is locked the first I tried to login,. Tried it again, after an hour and still the same. I tried the Forgot MPIN option but it just went to blank screen, I’ve waited for more than 10mins and nothing happened. I checked if it needs an update bit the app is updated. Tried again after a couple days and the problem is still the same. Don’t answer me with the check network connection as you usually respond to other reviewers because I have the fastest and excellent connection network. Your app needs a revamp.

If your app doesn’t work yet do not advertise and make it available to your customers!This app does not recognize the OTP making it impossible to access it. This also happened when you relaunched a new version of BPI banking app months ago!I doubt that this app is secure enough to be trusted. Our data will be easily breached.

Always Unable to Process

I just downloaded this app 2 months ago to try and manage my account, but for 2 months I have seen nothing but “Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time”, at this point, will it ever get processed? There isn’t even a way to access this through the browser so it’s definitely useless.
