If you’re looking for an ATM it tells you the nearest one (even an option for what you’re looking for in an ATM to either deposit, take cash, or both). It does not go around and make you click so many different tabs takes you straight to what you’re looking for making it way less complicated. Simplicity and detailed all in one which is what I was looking for a straight forward bank.

Your app is a SCAM . You rolled out an offer that anyone who download the app and signs up for an account and makes a purchase ( no minimum was listed ) would receive a $10 sign on bonus and then if you referred someone you both got $10 . So once people started promoting it and getting people to sign up - people started wondering why no one was getting the sign up bonus that was promised and none of the referrals were being paid either . So people started asking in the chat option on the app - At first they were told oh it’s coming next week on Friday - and then it was Tuesday and then they went and changed the offer to say you had to spend $10 to get $10 and THEN they just deactivated anyones account that asked about it and said it was closed for potential fraud - instead of saying oops we messed up and can’t pay what we promised they turned around and accused the people that dared inquire if they were going to keep their word of fraud . So - we are mad that you lied to us - collected all of our personal information- and then accused US of fraud when you are the ones committing fraud . I know I didn’t commit fraud - someone referred me and you have all my real info sent me a card and everything and as soon as I asked “ will I still get my sign up bonus “ you sent me this email and deactivated my account . Me and a whole bunch of other people !
