TV Launcher brings many live US TV channels that you know and love into one convenient launcher across Apple platforms. As the perfect app for cord-cutters, it’s never been easier to start watching live channels.

Appleʼs TV app makes it easy to track programs that have already been on but for the occasions where you want to watch live, it’s not so straightforward. You’ll have to open the app, find where the channels list is within the app, locate the channel you want to watch and the press play.
TV Launcher takes away that pain by combining live channels from across multiple streaming apps into one location. Selecting a channel will then take you directly to the channel in the app without jumping through any hoops!

more I guess I misunderstood how the app works? I had thought that I could watch the TV shows directly through the app. I found out that I need to link a bunch of third-party TV accounts to the app, in order to watch the TV shows. Since I don't have any third-party TV accounts that I can link to the app, unfortunately the app does not work for me. I will see if I can get a refund from Apple for my purchase price?

I guess I misunderstood how the app works? I had thought that I could watch the TV shows directly through the app. I found out that I need to link a bunch of third-party TV accounts to the app, in order to watch the TV shows. Since I don't have any third-party TV accounts that I can link to the app, unfortunately the app does not work for me. I will see if I can get a refund from Apple for my purchase price?

I was having an issue so I emailed the dev. He responded pretty quickly and within a couple of days there was an app update to resolve the issue I was having! That’s pretty good in my book.

- When selecting a program in widgets, it is now possible to view it in the TV Launcher app instead of immediately launching the channel. Launching the channel is still the default but this can be changed in Settings.
- Added the ability to filter by program titles as well as channel names on the Home tab so you can find what you want to watch more easily.
- Tapping a notification will now open the program in the app or launch the channel depending on settings. A long-press/pulling down on the notification will show both options.
- Added the following Shortcuts actions:
* Open TV Launcher to a specific tab.
* Get the program that is on at a specific time on the selected channel.
* Open a specific streaming app.
* Get the link to open a channel in TV Launcher.
* View a program in the TV Launcher app.
* View a program in Apple’s TV app.
* Create, update & delete custom apps.
* Get & set channel priorities for sorting by relevance.
* Get, add, remove & toggle the favorite & hidden state of channels. This replaces existing actions to add & remove channels from Favorites or the hidden list.

- TV Launcher has been fully redesigned to support Liquid Glass and the latest OS version across all Apple platforms. This update also improves usability throughout the app and introduces a number of new features to improve the experience.
- Watch Now is now Home and features a redesigned layout that makes it quicker to access different categories. Each category can be selected to view all channels in that category in a larger view.
- Up Next is now Watchlist which can be found in its own tab. It’s now easier to manage programs in bulk within this list too.
- On iPad, Mac, Apple TV and Apple Vision Pro, a new sidebar shows a list of categories and apps for access to channels contained within them.
