I really dislike the new online image. I FIND IT DEPRESSING TO PAY MY BILLS ON A BLACK AND GREY BACKGROUND. I have always banked with you and this is enough to make me consider changing banks. All the nicknames (20) I’ve chosen are taken. You must have a lot of unhappy customers!
