Have paid off on time way more than I originally borrowed completely upset! I’d understand if you do not make payments on time….but that is not the case! Would use again if they stoped charging you after repaying requested amount. I have paid $770 on a $600 loan every payment on time? Totally unfair would use if they resolved issue and stoped charging me impossible to save money now I have been advised to go to my state representative to deal with the matter and no one on brights end has been helpful in any matter to address the situation I will contact my bank as well Will talk to my state representative and bank to get the issue handled no effort to reach out on brights endI have called that customer service number with no human answering

This is a short term loan, and it clearly tells you when you signing your contact your interest rate and how much you will be paying back. For those people who say it’s hidden or not disclosed are lying or they didn’t read the contract that they sign. I have borrowed several times from this company and always paid the loan off ahead of schedule. The only suggestion I would give is for returning customers who have built that trust with, maybe lowering the interest rate from time to time. We try to show good faith by paying on time and paying loan off early just maybe a little reward who be nice. Other than that, I have no issues with this company. If I call customer service they have always been respectful and understanding to my situation. For those reasons is why I only use Bright lending anytime I need extra cash.

High interest is normally for a short term but I just found out there a $14 daily charge! If loan not paid off?! They won’t contact you if a payment didn’t go through so that put you in a late fee charge on the account and interested on that too. I thought I read everything in the contact but I guess I missed something. Another thing!!!! this dose not show on your credit report that you are making payment on time meaning doing good with this company won’t help you in future so don’t bother getting a loan here not unless you are just needing the fast money and paid off fast but be ready because they might throw you a curve ball.😉

Too many failed attempts to reset password only to be told that I don’t have an account associated with my details. If that was the case it wouldn’t let me reset my password. It wants me to contact customer service when they won’t even reply to my emails. I started the account and filled out the needed information and sent a picture of my ID and no response. It’s been days. I got an email saying that I was good to finish my application but when I sign in I’m still at the screen where it says to send a copy of my ID for review. It’s a waste of time.
