● Check Card Balance
- Add your WOWPASS card on the app to check the balance, which is also shown in your preferred foreign currency.
● Check Tmoney Balance
- You can check the Tmoney balance of your WOWPASS card.
● Real-time Push Alerts
- Receive push alerts and view the exact payment amount in KRW in real-time.
● Payment History
- Check your payment history including the categories of merchants, time of payment, etc.
- View the total amount you spent during travel, making your travel budgeting easier.
● Special rewards only in WOWPASS
- Download various discount coupons provided only by the WOWPASS app.
- Receive up to 20% cashback on payments made to Korean brands in real-time.
● Lock your card
- In case of loss, you can pause your card on the app to prevent anyone else from using your balance.
- If you find your card back, you can unpause it to start using it again.
- If you cannot find your card, you can visit the WOW Exchange machine to reissue a new card that contains your old card's balance.
● Self-verification
- You need to verify your card ownership via the mobile app to withdraw the card balance in cash or reissue a card.

I can't seem to find any information anywhere about the Paypal option for topping up being removed. Yet I can't seem to use it at all right now. I don't have a visa card I can use, so I'm not sure if the PayPal top-up will come back. I didn't receive any warnings about it, so I'm hoping this is a glitch.2025년6월9일

App locked up

As soon as I arrived in Seoul and needed the app it locked up. Has something to do with the wow pass webpage because I was looking for troubleshooting on the page and the app locked up and app is still locked up even after deleting and reinstalling

Honestly, I can name many cases where my WowPass card was either not accepted, or failed.Not a great card overall. No NFC payment, because it's used for T-Money. 1 Million KRW limit and so on.The UI is confusing, but one day maybe it will be better.You better use your international card 😅

I accidentally put money in the area where you buy stuff instead of for the train so I tried to take out the money and it says to connect to the app but when I tried to connect it would not let me so this card and app is a big lame scam.
