Everyone at the Albertville location has been absolutely wonderful to Dannie and myself. They all truly know not just the importance but most importantly the true meaning of Customer Service. We really want everyone to know that if you all want to be treated just like family and not just a number well then Family Savings Credit Union is the place to go to!

I love family savings because they treat you like family. Also even when my bank account has been problematic I don’t have to worry about it because family savings will fix the issues. Every time thank you family savings

The new app is usable but isn’t nearly as user friendly. The accounts have switched names by themselves, the transactions are all jumbled on the home page (shows all account’s transactions mixed together in one feed) which is very confusing.You are now also required to right “for deposit only at Family Savings CU” on the back of the checks when depositing which slows down the check depositing process and seems unnecessary. I’m not sure why they developed a new app, but it is certainly much worse off.

My account always gets an error updating message to where I can’t see my balance in my savings or checking and I can’t transfer money over at all. To make matters worse, every time this happens I have no idea how long it’ll have the error message. One time it lasted for literally 8 hours so I basically couldn’t use my money that day. I don’t know what the deal is with the “error updating” stuff but it really puts people in a bind when they need access to their money.
