Have been using this app for a little over a year now and it is incredible. Very easy to use and navigate, helpful with video tutorials and written descriptions if you're a reader like me.Really helps that it tracks your workouts so you can see how heavy you lift/how many reps you completed the previous workouts. This really helps to see when you're trying to make gains or cut or see overall progress. Also motivating to see how far you've come through tangible data. Workouts are great because you can target specific areas as well, or choose full body, and organized nicely for cardio, stretching and the work out. 10/10 would recommend for anyone, whether a beginner (like I was a year ago) or a regular gym goer!

I just started using this app and it is AWESOME!! Everything is personalized to my liking, it is the one workout app that I’ve tried over the past 5 years that pushes me as well as gives me the choice to add/ drop certain workouts and keep track of everything! This app is amazing!!! Downloads your personalized workouts straight to your phone every day & includes full video demonstrations of each exercise with cueing. I’ve seen so much progress using the app this past year. 11/10 recommend
