A great Hospital!

Today, once again, I had the opportunity to interact with a very warm and professional staff at the WEST KENDALL location of the hospital. Everybody continues to be extremely efficient and displays a sincere desire to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have been to the DORALimaging center a number of times and have always received very professional treatment. Additionally, the attitude of all of the staff members continues to stand out as they are always trying to make you feel extremely comfortable. This hospital has always been extremely efficient in all of the interactions I have ever had with them from Scheduling to having tests done or dealing with the accounting department. I highly recommend to anybody this entire hospital as they simply cannot do enoughto try to make you feel comfortable at all times. Each staff member I have ever interacted with has been very kind, polite, and extremely professional. I feel fortunate being able to utilize this facility whenever it becomes necessary.

Frustrating and slow

So I download the app, input all the info, upload insurance cards and DL - and when I hit submit it spins and spins - nothing. I give up and close the app. When I go back to try again and anticipate having to input everything all over again, I am happy to see that despite never getting a message confirming , all the info is there and my preregistration is completed, including a payment required before surgery. Then 2 days later I have another message that I still owe money - so I figure that the credit card payment didn't go through and I pay. A day later I have a message that my payment is still due - so I go to my credit card info and see that yes, I paid twice! The real kicker is that despite providing all this info, the hospital requires a regular check in at the time of surgery to provide all the same info - again. Hopefully I won't be required to pay for a third time. This app appears to be for marketing purposes only as it seems like I provide no expedited registration process - only a duplication- and a time consuming, futile effort for Baptist clients. Looks like this institution needs a major IT overhaul if healthcare administration is ever going to be more efficient.

Cardiology Diagnostic Center 7400 Galloway Center

I had an excellent service at the Cardiologist Diagnostic Center at 7400 Galloway . The attention started at the front desk, with Chris who was hable to accommodate me for an earlier time that day. Michael the nurse who did my stress test. Was very courteous and efficient. The RN Emily Coach me through my stress test along with Michael. The ECHO technician Luis accommodated me for an earlier time with my echo and Gloria the Holter Monitor tech explain me the process of the Holter monitor and the entire staff were amazing and professional. I am very pleased with such great service. Keep up the good work, the team is doing an excellent job, and keep smiling to brighten someone’s day. Sincerely, Miriam Fernandez.

Update: After the most recent update on 8/25 this app has run terribly. It struggled to load constantly - no matter where I’m at for the update it had no problem loading now forget about it ..This really is a good app, but I take a strong issue with the payments/billing part of it. It will continue to show you an amount needed to pay even after you’ve already made your payment. In other words, if you decide to use the app as a convenience to make payments ahead of time for your visits, it will not credit you and continue to show as if you owe money still. Which is very deceiving. I almost paid a rather large estimate twice because I didn’t think it went through the first time as it was still demanding a payment for me. Other than this issue, the app is great and very appreciative. Fix this issue and I will definitely rate the app much higher.
