Great First Experience!!!

Dr. Zumla was our Dr. Today. She is not their Dr. BUT, She has actually seen the kids in the office before. Today’s visit was because I had concerns about the kids having COVID-19. I called their Doctors office before the visit and the nurse walked me through setting up the app. Super easy! Dr. Zulma was very thorough with her questioning, she reassured me that they were fine. I checked their temperatures while on the video call with an electric ear/head thermometer and was given the opportunity to explain their symptoms. The best part is I didn’t have to pack the kids a bag, snacks or bottles. We have 2 children; a 2 year old and a 5 month old. Personally speaking this was better than going into the office waiting with other sick children. Moms... Dads... Download the app and save yourself some time, gas and stress! -Mrs. Jackson

Awful app and awful customer service

Please read this review and don’t use this app. I used this app as a last resort because I have a 2 month old at home and didn’t feel like going to the doctors for my older daughter who needed a note from the doctor to be able to go back to school after having the stomach flue. First of all the app glitched when I selected one doctor and then all the sudden kicked me out of the “waiting room” and I had to begin the process again with another doctor. My visit was 6min of the doctor telling she can’t do anything to help me. The all did not allow me to use my regular insurance that this doctors office accepts and the next day I found out that I was charged double for the visit ! When I called customer service they said there is nothing they can do about it ! What !! So they charge me $59 for a 6 minute chat that helped me in no way and on top of that another payment of $59 was also pending one my account this Means I can’t use that money because they are holding it. Customer service told me I have to wait 7-10 business days and only if that 2nd payment goes through can I call again to get it reversed, it’s ridiculous!!!

I’m so happy and pleased with my visit for my daughters persistent health issue. This healthcare professional took all into account -regarding the health of my child ….meaning -we together(provider and i) took my child’s temperature 2 separate ways and achieved accurate readings. I was able to get a BP and heart reading prior to visit . She was very detailed oriented in explaining the need for my child’s required antibiotics and the days in which i need to watch for other symptoms and also just for the overall health issue at hand. Also, this provider recognized my concern for my child’s well-being immediately and i’m so grateful she was here for us this evening . You have a valuable team member on staff for our precious children !

Today I had to take an appointment on KidzDocNow even if I am not a fan because most of the time some nurse practitioner never take their time to listen what your kid and what they need even if it’s a virus with no solution. My today visit was a successful one for the first time that’s why I would like to share . I recommend this nurse practitioner Estie Cohen who is very professional good listener and she gives solutions even when it’s a virus she is agree to prescribe bromphenir or benzonate instead of sending you out of the counter or honey and spray nasal about what I used to give to my kids when they had a cold.In one word she makes my day to make it easy for me .
