It is pretty buggy.. like I’m confused how a company of your size could develop and app and - presumably - test it, and not catch some of these bugs.I’ve found multiple problems within 10 minutes.. have you actually tried using it? Have you logged in and acted as though you were a real user? Have you had real users use it?
Stole my money I earned by getting them customers

Gridwise who partners with Impact Radius refuses to pay me. They took my funds, which was $670 in less then 24 hours of notifying me. I gave them all my banking information and was promised to be paid on September 27th. They tried moving my date to November 20th before taking the money out of my account. Since then I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails. My money is just gone. I literally invested a lot of time into both Gridwise and impact radius. I don’t feel like they care about their customers. They stole my money because I was promoting their affiliate program which I thought was the right thing to do. They lied about when they were paying me and then just made up an excuse not to. I see them paying other people for doing the same thing I was doing. I got them a lot of customers just to be betrayed by them and money money stolen. I am reaching out so this doesn’t happen to anyone else that works with them. I attached a picture of the last screenshot I took on impact radius. When they reversed my funds I had $670 pending. I have no hope in getting my money I’m owed but hopefully I can bring awareness to others about how dirty they did me.

I’ve never reviewed an app before but am forced to because of how bad this one is. 0 stars isn’t an option otherwise I’d select that. I’m not even sure if I can limit this review to just the app as the website and customer service are also well below average. Errors upon errors for even the smallest of tasks. I’ve been approved and utilizing impact since 2016. Thank God only one of my companies I affiliate with uses this platform. It’s so bad even can then I opted to just take the loss and not work with the company that subscribes to them. They are clearly the cheapest website of a quick google search. Plus, they want access to ALL your data like an ex with extreme trust issues… but get this, as I dated, 2016 I signed up with them and over those 9 years it’s someone managed to provide more errors and issues and become less user friendly. Truly dumbfounded with this app. Based off other reviews as well, there’s a clear pattern and someone is not being held accountable. The CEO must be the developer because idk how either of them have a job
