This app has some promise for super basic use, but for business use on Microsoft 365 it would be best to search elsewhere. I am most distressed because the help files are all out of date and seemed to mention features that no longer exist.

I really like the look of this app, and it has all of the features I need in an email app. The problem is that the app is slow as molasses. It takes forever for new emails to appear when you open the app. It takes forever for pushed email to arrive and load. You get a notification that there's a new message, and then it takes like 15-20 seconds for it to actually appear in the in-box. It's like the app is moving in slowwwwww motion. My usual go-to mail app loads email messages almost instantly. If Aqua Mail could figure out how to get messages to load more quickly, it would be a winner. This is 2025, Aqua Mail. Having an app that loads like it's on a dial-up connection won't cut it.

Please update Aqua Mail and test again. If it still feels slow after updating, let us know your email provider and account type so we can look deeper.

The email app works pretty fluidly with no major interruptions. Hoping there will be an update to correct the military time to regular time etc… and additional sound tones. Those 2 are my only minor issues but everything else is pretty solid!

Live it, but a couple things…

Love the app. I use if for IMAP account. It needs two additions: when deleting email in the app, also delete it from the server, and the Search could be improved to include the name of senders and email subject lines.
