I have never had such a hard time logging into website. I even deleted the mobile app and reinstalled. Figured because the mobile app was acting up, I would sign in on computer but that didn’t would either.

This company does not pay claims at all. If you got a policy for cancer , life , Disability...... you will not get paid. They do not tell you that if you get hurt in the first year of your policy that you are in a pending status till you die. Or just go away. About the only way I can see them paying is through an attorney , I had the privilege of dealing with them since April . No " pre existing condition " but still no payment. They dig and dig and when they find nothing they just flat out don't pay. They use a filthy company United something ... to peddle their bogus policies. No one gets paid. They just take in money in seriously shady ways. If you have a policy with them I would call and start asking questions about how long it takes for a decision to be made , what happens if they find no pre existing conditions ? And then make your own informed decision. I was taken by them. They laughed the whole way through. Disgrace company. I honestly don't know how the employees work their knowing they are ruining peoples lives ? How they sleep at night knowing a 3 year old child loses its home. I have no clue how they do it. But it makes me sick. And I hope this sincere message makes people rethink the policy they have or are about to have.

I’m constantly having log in problems with my account. It can never find my account and never logs me in even though I have my information saved on my phone. I deleted it and then retyped it. Guess what? Yes it still is giving me so many problems. Definitely need to trash the whole app and start over. Omg this is a major inconvenience especially as a customer trying to use something that should help me not frustrate me and hinder me
