Yall intentions are in THE WRONG PLACE. You’re trying to grab the highest paid blocks when you should be using it for what it should be intended for which is to grab blocks, THAT’S IT! Grabbing the highest paying block every time will absolutely make you a target with Flex. It seems like everybody is using bots now, but using this app has made it so much easier for me. I’m using it because I have to get with the competition in my area — either that or I’ll never work!! Thanks Flexer!

I was hesitant at first but also really frustrated constantly hitting refresh and struggling to grab a preferred block. This app takes all the work out of it. I set my preferences like the warehouses I like and the time of day I want to work. The app will go to work until it grabs a block. The service cost just a little, billing you once you get up to twenty dollars. I also use the upside app as well so by the time I rack up $20 on it, I’ll cash out to pay the other. My only wish is that the search would work in the background. While it’s searching, you must leave that screen, and only that screen open or the search stops.

I signed up for the Flexer app and almost immediately was disappointed. Ended up having issues right away, had to cancel batches because they were not booked within my settings and parameters. Reached out to flexer about the issue and was brushed off and not helped. Finally, after the first five free grabs as they call it they requested payment information from me so they can start charging me however they hadn’t corrected the issue that I had had in the very beginning, but they still wanted to get paid. So I uninstalled the app and I would highly suggest that anybody else who is reading this review and thinking about downloading the app that they think twice. This app wants a percentage of everything that they book for you regardless if it’s a good booking or not. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

In the beginning when I first started using the app, it worked perfectly. It was great. It has to be the best app for what it does however, Customer Service is not the same. They don’t reply to emails. They charge you for a blocks that you don’t work and that you forfeited through their app, they don’t offer the same type of invoicing that they used to add offer. The new invoicing seems like an attempt to scam you. It does not offer details like the date that the load was booked they need to start replying to emails in a timely fashion and go back to their old way of invoicing company is in France and it seems like they don’t care about Americans at all
