Introducing a whole new interface to manage your favorite red light therapy panels by Mito Red Light.
MitoREMOTE is the remote control for your Mito Red Light panels: MitoPRO X and MitoADAPT.
Pick a mode, set your time and brightness, and start. Your panel switches off on its own when the timer ends.
WHAT YOU CAN DO:
- Connects on its own: all you need to do is enable bluetooth on your panel, hold your iPhone near it, and the app will find it.
- Every mode, one tap away: numbered modes with a swatch showing each mode's light mix. (Turn on Details to see the wavelengths.)
- Time and brightness: tap the minutes to type a number, or use plus and minus. Separate red and near-infrared sliders on panels that support them.
- Timed sessions: a clear countdown, Pause and Resume, and a summary of time, intensity and mode when each session ends.
- All your panels in one app: add every panel in your home, name them, and switch between them.
- Programs on MitoADAPT: Gradual Sunrise, Gradual Sunset and Red/NIR intervals.
- Learn: what each wavelength is for, from 590 nm to 850 nm.
- Three looks: Light, Dark and Mito themed, or match your iPhone.
Works with MitoPRO X and MitoADAPT panels over Bluetooth. Requires iOS 15.6 or later.

Great app! I especially liked how it taught me a lot about red light and proved it wasn’t actually a conspiracy! I loved their button that leads you to lots of different things of research. It’s good to know that it has actual research backing it up. I used their product on some of my injuries and I really enjoyed the results. This app was like the cherry on top! I liked all the special details! I really liked the thing where it showed how “deep” different colors went so you could figure out what helps muscles, and what helps skin. Great app for an even better product! 🇦🇺🐨

Even though this update has been a long time coming, I can say that it’s already made my Mito life so much better. I have an over-the-door MitoPRO X and a tabletop ADAPT 4.0 and now I can switch between the two of them with ease!I love the light mode / dark mode UI, and honestly am now just excited for what features are coming next because this is finally an app I enjoy using!

And I’m so glad I waited because I knew Mito would come through!Seriously this app finally matches the insane quality of their panels. I was notified that there’s a new app version but I was hesitant to download it as it may not work again. I decided to download it and give it a try and to my surprise, it connected right away to my MitoProX and it’s very user friendly. Thanks Austin and the Mito team. Keep up the good work.
