Once you initially register and login, you’ll never be able to login again. Will say your account doesn’t exist but it you try to recreate your account you can’t because you already have an account. Reached out to support who wanted an ID number that you can only get when you’re logged into the app. So guess I’ll never be able to use this app. Without the app, you can’t change any settings for the litter box either.

Overall, I like my Furbulous. It saves me on litter that's for sure and it cleans automatically which is a godsend; however, the app sometimes gets error messages which make the litter box stop working then I have to fix it.

Once you get into the app, it’s fine. However, I have to completely delete the app at least 2x per week and re-load to get back in. It’s very frustrating and they need to do something about it.
