Update: they fixed it so now the validation at register works for both phone number or license plate-- had two successful visits without getting charged $16 for parking! Thank you for fixing the app! Used to work good but now sone vendors text you a QR code for validation. The problem is-- the gate reads the plate number faster than QR can be scanned and we get charged an outrageous $16 either way. Contacted support and have to get a refund every time now. They need to make the system recognize your phone number when the store texts you the validation code and automatically apply it.
