I’ve been waiting for quite a while to get this app from the Apple Store and it hasn’t disappointed!!! Jason does such a good job integrating the important stuff but he also gives us users a big voice what we want as well! This app is a no brainer for ANYBODY that is serious about fitness or is just getting started in fitness. There are numerous videos, articles, videos and bonus content that is available inside the Anyman app that is easily accessible and super informative. I left a 5 star review but feel like it’s 10 stars!! Get this app on your phone!!!

I have been a part of this group for many years now. This app makes tracking and substituting movements to accommodate any movement needs so easy. The learning section has ALL the information needed to make educated decisions about workouts and nutrition. The coaches are quick to respond and always help. The Forum is the key, being able to communicate with other app users quickly and share ideas and to keep accountable is awesome. This will be the last fitness app you will ever need.

Anyman Fitness is truly for everyone. Whether you’re new to fitness and have no idea how to operate machines or create a workout, or whether you’re a gym rat and are very educated in fitness - this app is for you! There are many workouts targeted to fit your needs, and if you need help there are videos available for literally every workout you can imagine! It’s very helpful! They also have personal trainers that do 1:1 coaching, so if you’re looking for that you can reach out to them and get signed up! Great app and amazing fitness coaches!

This app provides an array of different workouts along with videos that demonstrate each exercise. This was especially helpful for me being a newbie at the gym. I could preview the videos of each exercise before working out which gave me the confidence to try new and different machines & exercises. The app is easy to use and navigate and includes a member forum where you can receive helpful advice and support. Coach Jason and the other coaches really care about you and your success. I highly recommend.
