So this app is free and SUPER easy to work with! Love how simplistic it is and how smoothly it operates! Setting up services and appointments is easy, but here are some things you should implement to make it 1,000x better!- PLEASE make it where people can book multiple services at once! If someone is getting more than one service a day, they should be able to book multiple!- Add an option where when picking a service with variable options, there’s a drop down menu listing the different prices. It takes so long to add all the variables, to THEN have the client scrolling forever just to find the one specific variable from a long list in the catering menu.If these options are added, it would make the app so much better!

I like the simplicity and versatility of scheduling options. I need the zoom extension to put the generated zoom link in the Google calendar invitation so that customers do not have to go digging for the confirmation email when it’s time to join. Also, should have more flexibility with reminders. I use the 15 min before and 30 min before the appointment reminder but would like a 5 or 10 minute before option and an alert at time of the event. People are moving quickly, very busy and have short attention spans. The system needs to make it as easy as possible to remember and to join.

Mostly like this app but needs more work. I’ve tried with their service team to get it to sync to my iPhone 3 times with no luck. The goal is not to have to double enter things into my phone but I need notifications or appointment reminders. Preferable the ability to set it to a day before and an hour before or even a weekly or daily notification with your appointments for the week/day. I love the client text reminders and the ability for them to book their own appointments. Having to scroll down times in 5 minute increments is silly would love to just type them in. Also, if you click on a day to set an appointment it doesn’t open to that day. It opens to the current day. Easier to use on desktop than on the app. Needs polishing.

Great booking system

I’ve been using Picktime for about five years now and I love how easy it is to use unlike some other booking systems. My clients also like it. BUT there are three things I wish were different:- I wish it would show you first available date to book. Currently you are forced to click on each date individually, and it’s annoying for both me AND clients.- I wish there was a “build your own package” option when listing services. Currently you are forced to manually list every feasible combination of services and clients must choose from a looooonnngg menu.- I wish there was an option to require a client to put credit card on file.
- Issue while adding/updating location has been fixed.
