I have had an iRobot model Six hundred for a very long time. It is fantastic. All I do is push a button and forget about vacuuming. When it is done I empty the bin. It can’t get any easier. I bought less expensive non iRobot vacuums for my two sons. Neither lasted three years. Mine is over tens years old. I have replaced two batteries and two sets of brushes and it still cleans like a champ. You will never make a better investment.

I love about not being in the mood to vacuum, tell Heaven, Roomba, to vacuum and continue on with my day. Sometimes I just read will she does her thing. Love it.

After being forced to download three different robot cleaning apps (surprised there is more than 1) I officially canceled my subscription (that’s right pay to use the already expensive vacuum) and am writing this review. In the age of technology it blows my mind companies are so inclined as to make using their products so much of a pain that I’d rather go back to living in the Stone Age. Make me download a single app and be able to use the product how it is advertised and intended instead of discover the inner workings of robot vacuum technology. If I could give 0 starts I would.

I purchased a new iRobot J7, and I needed to download the app to set the vacuum up when I went to the App Store. This was the app that came up when I typed it in not realizing it was not the app that was needed as it was misleading, saying that it was the control and I had to purchase after purchasing I realized it was not the app to set up my iRobot.. I contacted Apple support, and they would not refund the money. I was unable to use the app as it did not do what I was led to believe. Be sure if you’re looking for an iRobot app to set up make sure it is the actual iRobot app. Good luck.
