I’ve tried them all. I would add “literally”, but there are soooo many that I probably missed one that was launched last night. NOTHING comes close to this app! The programs offered are top notch and scientifically designed for impact. The level of involvement and support you get from Ross is equal to none - this is not an app that uses a celebrity face to market itself; you can feel his passion and fingerprints all over it - responsive on the community, the level of videos, the thoughtfulness of how the programs are structured… It’s incredible. This is a very new app so can’t vouch for results yet, but after two weeks for following this app, change is felt and I already feel better than ever.One caveat - I don’t know if that was the intention, but I’d say this app is NOT for you if you’re a “new year resolution” type of person that’s coming off the couch and expects results in a month or two. This app is designed for people who take fitness as a way of life, not so much because it requires you to dedicate a lot of time to it (it really doesn’t), but because of the overall way it is designed.

As an active duty service member and active athlete currently recovering from a shoulder tear I was skeptical of some of the exercises in the hybrid program but not only does this app give you all the articles and video guided assistance but it is also excellent for mobility and promotes extreme wellness. I chose the 6 week program to start and 2 weeks in I’ve started to enjoy the soreness the day after the workouts and begun utilizing the custom graphs and scales the app provides which makes me excited for the next day to input my progress so I can continue to view the upward trend. Extremely happy with the purchase of the app/programs and extremely grateful for the books Ross has written that inspired me to try this app and push my physical limits further and further.

I started this app a few weeks ago and it is already something new and fresh and that is exactly what I have been looking for. The knowledge Ross puts out there is something I have always wanted in a fitness app. The app is new, but the fact that Ross replies directly to comments about app features and plans to implement them within weeks is the dedication you can’t help but admire. Ross answering general fitness questions in the app himself is awesome! I have never seen training like this before and I plan on sticking just to this app for a long time!

I’ve been following Ross for a while and got his books and was impressed by his style of training and records, but mostly I was impressed by the knowledge he has gain by studying and trying all these different type of workouts and science. That’s why when he announced his app I was so stocked!! The app is everything he is, work, work progressive, the law of more, etc. Not to mention, they’re great at responding in the community and any petition to improve they’re kick at it. Definitely worth the price!
