Although I haven’t discovered ALL the ways I can use this app, it has soooo many more ways to control my account than my previous app that I absolutely loved:) When I moved from Alabama to Ohio I was very picky in choosing a bank because I want the same features to be able to lock and unlock my cards as needed and I wanted a bank that could print on the spot debit cards if mine was stolen, lost, or have any problems with online fraud as I’ve experienced in the past. Richwood was literally the ONLY bank in town that offered the features I was shopping for and I ended up with even more than I thought I needed!! I am sooo thrilled that I found a friendly bank that has given me more than I was hoping for:)

Banking app is straightforward. Has functionality for transfers, daily balance, card alerts based on transaction amount and type. Richwood continues to upgrade the app showing investment to making it better which is a good sign. I have used Bill Pay and it works well. Payment is in roughly a week which would be nice if it was shorter but haven’t seen many banks shorten the time period. Transfer of money between accounts is fast and instant except for external transfers which is somewhat expected. I recommend utilizing the app.

It’s so convenient to be able to pay bills, transfer money from one account to another, and deposit checks. Further, using Zelle, my husband and I are able to transfer money to each other’s accounts, even though he banks at a different bank. The app never glitches and is very rarely down for maintenance.

Zelle is the absolute worst on here, payments are supposed to be sent within minutes and I have Zelle payments stuck on processing. The right information is put in and the amounts aren't anything crazy, I have sent similar amounts before. This really needs fixed and the amount of issues its causing and the amount of issues with online banking is making me consider switching to a different bank completely. Ever since the big update a few months ago the app has been laggy. Tired of calling support all the time.
