Terrapino for longevity and healthy brain aging is available for free download. After registration, it is recommended to complete the ARA questionnaire, as the app calculates the ARA score – an estimate of the likelihood of developing Alzheimer’s disease. Another helpful test is Emotion Recognition, which can provide further insight. The app supports walking by counting your steps and includes cognitive brain training. Its goal is to keep the brain active and, through games, strengthen all six cognitive functions that decline with age. It exercises memory, concentration, responsiveness, decision-making, verbal abilities, and orientation. You can also use the app to ask a question to a specialist. The conversation is private and not published anywhere. In the educational section, users will find all the essential information about Alzheimer’s disease. Useful updates are regularly posted in the News section — both in the mobile app and on the sister website: www.terrapino.cz.
